PRICING AND PAYMENT TERMS

Invoices are due according to the payment terms outlined in the applicable service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest charges permitted by applicable law. MAC Holding Group Inc. reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue balances.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Due to the nature of consulting and professional services, refunds are generally not provided for completed work or services already rendered. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Any unpaid work completed prior to cancellation remains payable by the client.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely communication, and any necessary materials required for the completion of services. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may affect project timelines.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original materials, strategies, reports, and deliverables created by MAC Holding Group Inc. remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Clients may use deliverables solely for their intended business purposes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MAC Holding Group Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the applicable services.

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

While we strive to provide high-quality consulting services, MAC Holding Group Inc. does not guarantee specific business outcomes, financial results, or operational improvements.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

CHANGES TO TERMS

MAC Holding Group Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services or website constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
